Package (not yet) received
You expect a package from Sportimex, but it was not delivered by us. That's annoying, but don't worry. First check the points below:
Check the package track & trace code
You will find the Track & Trace code in the shipping confirmation. Check if the delivery period may have shifted.
Check the delivery address
Is the delivery address you entered correct?
Check your mailbox
Have you received a 'Not home message'? Your package may have been delivered to the neighbours or the delivery person has scheduled a new delivery time. If you still do not receive a package, please contact our customer service.
