30-day cooling-off period

With us, you can return or exchange* within 30 days of receiving your order.

Submit return

You can register your return via this link. To register your return, you will need the postcode of the delivery address and the order number. An order number always starts with ORD-C.

Return costs

The return costs are deducted from the amount we refund. So you do not have to pay anything yourself when you hand in your return. Carriers You can choose from the following carriers when you register your return: Austrian Post, bpost, Colissimo, Correos, DHL Benelux, DPD, DPD Austria, DPD FR, PostNL or UPS.

Packing returns

We ask you to return your return in original condition. Please do not use the box of e.g. skates or ice skates as a shipping box, but please use the shipping packaging. This way we can make other consumers happy with the product without the original box of the product being full of shipping stickers and tape. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Refund

We aim to process your return as quickly as possible. This means that your money will be in your account within 1-2 working days after we have received your return. The shipping costs incurred, which you pay as a consumer, will be deducted from the refund unless you do not return part of the order. The return costs will be deducted from the amount we refund.

*Exchanges

We offer the possibility of exchanges. It may happen that a product is out of stock. Should this be the case, we will contact you.

Why is there no ready-made return label in the box?

We try to avoid wasting paper as much as possible. Any return label pre-printed for a consumer who does not return is a waste. Paperless returns are on the rise, to avoid waste
