How do we refund you?
If you paid with iDEAL, we will transfer the amount back to your bank account. If you paid with a credit card and returned your entire order, we will refund the amount to your credit card. If you only returned part of your order, we will transfer the money to the bank account number you provided. If we do not have your bank account number, we will ask you to provide it to us.
Where can I find the status of my refund?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to track the status of your refund online. However, we assure you that the refund will be processed within 5 working days after the return has been handled.
I have not received my refund
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account varies by bank. We always process the refund within 5 working days after handling the return. If the amount is not in your account after 7 working days, please contact our customer service.
